Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions in Individual Life Marketing tenable at our office in Mzuzu.
SALES AGENTS
Job purpose:
- To plan and carry out direct marketing and selling of Life insurance products that Vanguard Life Assurance Company offers to the public in accordance with clients’ changing insurance needs and business plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct selling of life insurance services as per agreed budgets.
- Develop a base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals.
- Maintain existing and new customers relationship through sound customer service.
- Sourcing prospects by post, emails, telephone, and personal visits.
Personal profile:
- Mature, well-groomed, credible and a team player
- Self-driven and results oriented.
- An excellent face to face communication and negotiating skills.
- Confident, hardworking, and Enthusiastic
- Not below 25 years of age.
Experience & Qualification:
- A minimum qualification of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) and those with Professional Certificate in Marketing, Business Studies, Finance, or Insurance shall have an added advantage.
- Experience in Life Insurance sales, Computer Literacy will also be an added advantage.
