Kandiya Sacco Ltd, an affiliate of The Malawi Union of Savings & Credit Cooperatives (MUSCCO) Ltd is a member owned and democratically controlled financial cooperative that aims to provide quality and affordable financial services to its members.

Applications are invited for the following positions in the SACCO:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Overall Purpose of the Position

Responsible for the retention and growth of loan book

Duties and Responsibilities     

1. Growing the SACCO membership base in line with its strategic plan
2. Developing and selling SACCO products and services
3. Managing the digital marketing platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Three (3) years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing
• Business Intelligence
• High organisational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
